Sundance Friday Midnight

The Midnight section of the Sundance Film Festival is the go-to section for film lovers in search of something crazy, stimulating or peculiar – something guaranteed to keep audiences wide awake. The Metroplex is bringing this experience to Hong Kong audiences ahead of the full 2017 Sundance Film Festival Hong Kong.

Featured films include: The Blackout Experiments, a documentary about the immersive horror experience, Blackout, in which participants willingly take part in a haunted house type event; Yoga Hosers, Kevin Smith's comedic tale of two yoga enthusiasts battling evil in Manitoba, Canada; comedy-horror genre mashup The Greasy Strangler, and Under the Shadow, an unconventional haunted house tale set in Tehran during the Iran-Iraq war.
