We’ve invited Bee’s Brew HK to bring their 100 percent locally produced Melluna mead, as well as Perfume Trees Gin by Tankyu Distillery, Hong Kong’s first original gin brand, to showcase its signature gin along with the world’s first sugar-free coffee liqueur, Pale Ink, and exclusive gin sets – perfect for gifting or personal indulgence. Meanwhile, 818 Tequila, which specialises in handcrafted tequila, will offer a selection of popular items. Don’t miss HoWong Brewing, a local craft beer brand founded by a young female entrepreneur, offering a range of unique brews.

Not into alcohol? Give these bubbly sips a try. Homegrown brand Mindful Sparks is known for their premium non-alcoholic craft sparkling tea that can often be found at local Michelin-starred restaurants. At Tasting Grounds, you’ll be able to try popular flavours like osmanthus golden oolong, white peach Earl Grey, yuzu genmaicha, dragon pearl jasmine, and cranberry rose. Another local name to watch out for is Mezzanine Makers, who will be offering nearly 10 innovative drinks such as herbal tonic water, spicy ginger soda, lemon iron buddha sparkling tea, Ma Wan cola, and more. Those in need of some caffeine will get their fix at the award-winning Rias Coffee Roaster as they’ll be brewing fresh cups of coffee on-site with 8 to 10 different types of coffee beans to choose from. Milan-style cafe Coffeelin will also be at Tasting Grounds, offering over 10 various coffees and handcrafted drinks, including their sparkling cold brew with Earl Grey and yuzu – a definite must-try.

Indulge in desserts and baked goods from some of the most-loved online bakeries! Jackson’s Scone is serving up their creative scones, cookies, and brioche, while Twinkie Cookies brings their viral lava mochi cookies, cookie sandwiches, and mochi burnt cheesecake. Sweet Memories will also be offering ice cream sandwiches, dried fruit snacks, and snow mochi bites.
