Mental health is important to us all, but in Hong Kong, open discussions about mental health issues are still somewhat stigmatised in society. Tackling this head-on, mental health charity Mind HK has organised a three-day event featuring international and local youth mental health experts to share their expertise and encourage actions towards improving existing youth programmes, new initiatives, and build impactful partnerships between professionals and educators in the community. A Youth Summit will also be held on November 8, which aims to engage 14 to 24-year-olds through interactive sessions, panel discussions, stories of lived experiences, and more.
Both events will take place both virtually and on-ground for those who wish to attend in-person. Click here for more details of the event.
