Organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) to promote horticulture in Hong Kong, the annual Hong Kong Flower Show sees floral lovers from all over town converge to Victoria Park to admire some of the most stunning plants and flowers in full bloom.
While this year's 10-day event officially concluded on March 24, LCSD has announced that it will be giving away approximately 3,000 pots of flowers to the public, depending on the condition of the plants. If you're interested in picking up some free blooms, head over to Victoria Park's Park's South Pavilion Plaza (near the Sugar Street entrance) on March 25 at 10am. Each person will be allowed to take away one pot on a first-come, first-served basis – and remember to bring your own bag!
