Dragon Boat Festival may be “officially” over, but the fun doesn’t stop there. Close to 5,000 paddlers from 16 countries and regions take over Victoria Harbour as part of the Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races. Aside from all the action on water, there’s also at a carnival at Central Harbourfront, which features a man-made beach, a 46-booth-strong artisanal market and a boatload of street food. Reusable tablewares are available to rent, as well as food waste recycling, water dispensers and waste separation bins to keep Mother Earth happy.
