On December 7, local craft beer company Young Master Brewery is hosting an exclusive dinner in collaboration with family-run seafood specialist Lamma Rainbow Seafood Restaurant. Diners can catch a designated ferry from Central Pier at 5pm that’ll take them directly to the al fresco seafood restaurant. Once there, guests can load up on sensational seafood dishes like deep-fried salt and pepper squid, fried lobster with ginger and onion, steamed scallops with garlic sauce, and stir-fried clams in black bean and chilli sauce. But no local seafood dining experience would be complete without beer, that’s why Young Master will be offering free-flow craft beers and HigherThan highball cocktails for guests to chug throughout the evening.
