Established in 2010, Blossom Cakes has been providing a range of cake-decorating courses and workshops to students of all ages in Hong Kong. The classes are run by Peggy Wong and her fellow team of professional and experienced cake decorators, who are all authorised instructors for the PME Professional Diploma courses.
