Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Market

Calling all chocoholics! The Hong Kong alumni of the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT) are holding a pop-up market at Lemna of The Alchemist inside the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. On May 26 to 27, visit the bar and lounge and get your hands on hand-crafted chocolates from local brands such as A Choco Day, Chocobien, Gamma, Cult de Choco, Slok Chocolate, Hakawa Chocolate, and Kokomo Chocolate. Additionally, the market will hold chocolate tasting workshops organised by Goose’ Chocolate, as well as virtual forums with esteemed chocolate makers and members of the IICCT, so you can learn more about the art of chocolate making.
