American Inspired Menu at 12,000 Francs

Starting on the 4th, Elgin Street’s 12,000 Francs is serving American-inspired menus every Tuesday throughout July. Star spangled dishes include sandwiches stuffed with Nashville pulled pork and almond wood smoked Japanee Sagabuta pork shoulder; California cheeseburgers with wagyu beef, American cheddar cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes and onion; and spice-rubbed and cherry wood smoked Santa Maria tri-tip beef. Pair these treats with a range of Michter's American whiskey cocktails, including classics such as an old fashioned, a mint julep or a Michter’s New York sour.
