Hong Kong Rugby 10s

Although overshadowed by the beast that is the Hong Kong Sevens, this 10-a-side competition dates back to 1986 and is home to just as much quality rugby. And, crucially, you’re actually likely to get tickets to see it.

This year’s event features 16 teams including defending champions UBB Gavekal, three-time winners the Penguins, crowd favourites the Classic Wallabies and former finalists Samurai International and Tradition YCAC.

If you can’t see the Sevens – or simply want to focus on the rugby rather than partying – this is an excellent mid-week excursion.
