Anahata Yoga offers a range of traditional yoga practices, from Hatha to Ashtanga Vinyasa. The studio sees yoga as a form of exercise, physical therapy and healing process. Its team of 12 teachers host regular classes and the newly introduced yoga as therapy sessions. Anahata Yoga also offers teacher training programmes and seminars for those looking to deepen their practice, as well as group, private and self-led classes, available from its Central-based studio.
