Since opening in 1998, this humble bakery in Sham Shui Po churns out all sorts of old-school sweet treats and pastries, such as sesame cakes and century egg pastries. During festive periods, Sang Lung also creates traditional pastries like handmade mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and a wide variety of traditional fried snacks like yau gok and siu hau jo for Chinese New Year.
