If you're looking for a more 'mum-and-me' bonding session kind of gift, choose the Vive X Wult Mama Agogo Tea Set Experience available at $500 for two persons, which comes in teatime classic finger sandwiches and sweets that include the tea set shell rental and delivery fee. For a more floral note, you can choose from Origami Florist's cake collection inspired by the legendary Coco Chanel and superhero Wonder Woman. Adorned with fresh raspberry and delicate Israeli edible rose petals, the Raspberry and Rose Cake ($580) is elegantly made with a velvety vanilla ganache wrapped over layers of feather-light honey sponge cake, homemade raspberries, and rose jelly. For something truly unique, the Strawberry Chocolate Truffle ($198) is made with Valrhona's exquisite strawberry chocolate filled with a luxurious white chocolate and strawberry purée from France. Inspired by springtime and its delightful blooms, Ms. B has released an exquisite collection of cakes to celebrate mum's special day. Created by Hong Kong's Queen of confections, Bonnae Gokson, the special cakes will feature exotic blooms printed on chocolate fondant and adorned with delicately handcrafted sugar flowers. French pastry shop Le Dessert launches a special heart-shaped pavlova to celebrate Mother's Day. Choose from two pavlova flavours – Antoinette, made with vanilla chantilly cream, berries and mango, served with a raspberry coulis, or Louis, made with chocolate Chantilly cream, mangos and passion fruit, served with a passion fruit coulis. You can personalize the cake with a custom chocolate tag made especially for your mum. The meringue-based desserts are available in three sizes, with the price ranging from $250 to $600, and can be made to order on the day of your choosing. The shop offers free delivery on orders over $500 throughout Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

From May 8 until May 10, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is offering a limited edition Mother's Day takeaway package which includes a red velvet cake and flower bouquet available for $995. You can order the package directly from their Eshop and request for delivery. Alternatively, you also have an option to pick up from the store as long as you have an email confirmation from the Eshop. Mother’s Day takeaway package redemption is available at The Lounge from 12 noon to 2pm or 5pm to 9pm.
