This small rice noodle shop, surprisingly enough, specialises in fried dishes and its most popular signature dish is the rice noodles with fermented red beancurd chicken balls. Although the shop has moved several times during the ten plus years of opening, the flavour has pretty much remained the same. There are five to six chicken balls in each bowl which are always crispy on the outside and tender inside and are best enjoyed when dipped in fermented beancurd too. It comes served with plenty of pickled vegetables and a clear soup broth.
