As part of the Michelin dining series, Yoshinori Ishii, known for his refined and modern Japanese dishes at London's two-Michelin-starred Umu, will be popping up at Tenmasa in Taipa, Macau The six course dinner will feature incredible dishes such as sea urchin kumiage-yuba with mountain vegetables and caviar. The dinner will be paired with wines handpicked by Robert Parker Wine Advocate.
