Uber-cool izakaya Yardbird kicks off its Jerky Boyz guest chef series in style with Paul Carmichael from Sydney’s Momofuku Seiōbo. Joining Yardbird’s very own Matt Abergel behind the grill, Carmichael will plate up a family style set menu inspired by his Caribbean upbringing. The menu ($420 per person) – which we’re told includes jerk chicken – is available on a first-come, first-served basis for one night only on Jan 28. Quantities are limited so get there early.
