Sister venue to K11's Xia Fei restaurant, this new eatery plates up modernised iterations of Shanghainese staples with dishes such as braised 'lion's head' meatballs filled with salted egg yolk, and steamed vegetarian xiao long bao. Traditional dishes are also available, including double-boiled soups and steamed, seasonal seafood. Dinner for two: $600.
