Wing Lok Dumpling Shop

Wing Lok Dumpling Shop is a simplistic restaurant that offers exactly what you might expect from its name: dumplings served in a no MSG broth. It gets a bit crowded during lunch hours, so you might have to queue a bit before you get your hands on the various juicy dumplings. We tried the cabbage and pork dumpling served with rice noodles ($43), which was adequately filling for a lunch. The fish maw broth with pork bone and Chinese yam has a sweet taste that is naturally extracted from its ingredients. Overall, filling and healthy.
