Waso Café (Ha Mei San Tsuen)

This legendary cha chaan teng, which made its name in Yuen Long on the Ping Shan Heritage Trail, has since moved to Ha Mei San Tsuen in Tin Shui Wai but is still serving up all your favourites. Waso Cafe is especially known for their pineapple buns stuffed with egg and tomato, with a generous knob of butter wedged in there too. With other branches in Kwun Tong, Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai, this is one popular place to grab the CCT classics.
