Specialising in Eurasian dishes, or rather Western dishes the Japanese just make better, they serve sashimi, though on the menu they call it carpaccio, and they have spaghetti, but it's made with fish roe. There's good value in the Wagyu burgers, ($158), and salads and pasta hit the $100 mark, but the best deals are to be found on the finger-food menu. From $20-$68, you can get Waygu pinchos, and fries with miso dip. All this should keep the late-night dining crowd happily fed.
