Voynich is the latest addition to Harbour City’s ever-growing list of restaurants. Unlike other Cantonese restaurants in the city, this dining destination is centred around the mysterious world of secret agents. Voynich’s venue features multiple dining spaces, each with their own dedicated themes related to the overarching topic, such as The Bespoke Wardrobe and The Room of Wisdom, both of which are inspired by James Bond’s DB5 car. On Voynich’s menu, you’ll find traditional Cantonese cuisine with modern twists like fish maw stirred noodles with ginger and scallions, crispy salted chicken topped with aromatic Chinese rose wine, and various dim sum classics.
