Under Bridge Spicy Crab

Under Bridge Spicy Crab is a Chinese restaurant that serves up original Typhoon Shelter-style food. Traditionally, typhoon shelters were havens for fishing boats during typhoons. They were also a gathering place and a hotspot for Hongkongers in the 1990s to enjoy fresh-caught seafood. The restaurant has received many prestigious awards since its inception in the '90s and has been dubbed one of the best eateries in Hong Kong. Their most popular dishes include the signature under bridge spicy crab, mantis prawns, boiled spicy whelks with Chinese wine, fresh clams in fish soup and stir-fried squid with black bean sauce.
