Tim Ho Wan (West Kowloon Railway Station)

One of the many branches of the hugely popular Michelin-starred dim sum restaurant, Tim Ho Wan has made its way into the newly-opened West Kowloon Railway Station. Fuel up on the signature baked char siu baos, pan-fried turnip cake, cheong fun and sponge cakes before hopping on the highspeed rail link to Shenzhen and Guangdong.
