As the name suggests, this online butcher was established by three friends who felt that Hong Kong lacked access to good quality affordable meat like they enjoyed growing up in rural Australia. These boys can bring jet-fresh cuts at reasonable prices by skipping the middlemen and importing straight from farms and having it chilled and airfreighted straight to Hong Kong. There’s a schedule on the store’s website mapping out delivery times and dates, free for orders over $700. Three Butchers are setting up a storefront called Feathers and Bone in Central, expect news of its opening in September.
