Taking place at Stone Nullah Tavern, the Melting Pot pop-up dinner series kicks off with a Nepalese meal on from Jan 9-11, featuring four family-style dishes, including chicken syafale pastries and khasi ko ledo bedo (ie, tender pieces of lamb with gravy, chickpeas, nutrela soya chunks and pink paneer gravy with cumin rice). On Jan 16-18, get ready for a seven-course Filipino-style feast-out with dishes such as pork belly lechon and bone marrow nilaga cooked for 24 hours. On Jan 23-25, the final pop-up of the series features a Pakistani menu with dishes such as samosa chaat, chicken karahi and spiced lentils with boiled egg. Each of the three dinner menus are priced at $388 per person (minimum two people) with two-hour free-flow packages priced at an additional $188.
