The Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit Gala Dinner

The 10th annual Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit kicks off with a bang this Tuesday at the Kerry Hotel with a gala dinner hosting 15 master chefs, whose collective restaurants boast 25 Michelin stars. The guest of honour will be Umberto Bombana – also known as the “king of white truffles” and the chef behind three Michelin-starred restaurant, 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana. Partial proceeds from the gala dinner will benefit the Hong Kong Cancer Fund.
