Hot on the heels of winning a third Michelin star for his eponymous restaurant in Stockholm, Swedish chef Björn Frantzén returns to our shores with The Flying Elk, which is set to be one of the hottest openings this summer. This is the chef’s second venture in Hong Kong, following the much-lauded Frantzén’s Kitchen, which opened in 2016. The new restaurant marries rustic European cooking with the cool and understated, ingredients-led approach of new Nordic cuisine. Definitely put this on your must-try list.
