Edutainment. It's become a bit of a buzzword. And The First Floor 'premium dining club' in Central touts itself as giving 'edutainmnet dining experiences'. These are created with education and entertainment are mixing and, to that end, we agree this venue serves up such experiences in spades. Experimental events, gourmet workshops, food demos and tastings are featured here along with contemporary European meals dished up by Kit Cheung. The resterarunt of the future perhaps.
