Time Out says

Fresh from the opening of the new location of Bo Innovation, chef Alvin Leung aka The Demon Chef has now partnered with chef Cheng Kam Fu formerly of now-closed Michelin-starred restaurant Celebrity Cuisine, to open The Demon Celebrity. Taking over the old location of local foodie institution Jimmy's Kitchen on the ground floor of the South China Building, the new restaurant offers an 82-seat main dining area and two private dining rooms, and a menu showcasing new takes on down-to-earth Cantonese cuisine. Contrary to chef Leung's deconstructed approach to crafting Chinese dishes, his creations on the menu include traditional but contemporary presentations of dishes such as sauteed wagyu beef with three pepper sauces ($380). Chef Fu's dishes, on the other hand, include his signature Imperial bird's nest stuffed chicken wing ($160 per piece) and sauteed pork's tripe-tip in black beans and chilli sauce ($380). As a tribute to Jimmy's Kitchen, the restaurant uses an 'a la king' sauce in their fried glutinous rice ball stuffed with lobster and crab roe ($1,280). Enjoy ala carte or set menus for lunch or dinner, and a selection of dim sum.
