The month-long food festival, Delicious USA, celebrates the culinary delights of the US for the third year running and will be showcasing dishes using US ingredients including steaks, brisket, pork ribs, lobster, crayfish, chicken and more, created by chefs at over 40 participating restaurants across Hong Kong from July 1 to 31.
Delicious USA is organised by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)
Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in Hong Kong. The month-long festival will showcase a variety of ingredients and see them incorporated into many cuisines ranging from American,
Spanish, Italian, Thai, Korean, Indian, Burmese, Balinese and beyond.
We tried Delicious USA at Morton's The Steakhouse, where a 60-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye (22oz) is cooked to your preference and served on the bone for extra tender and juicy meat. Pair this with any of their generous servings of dishes including the jumbo shrimp cocktail, rich and creamy lobster mac and cheese, and the legendary Morton's sundae and you have yourself an all-American feast that'll make you sing the star-spangled banner in no time
