Test Kitchen welcomes autumn with a four-night pop-up helmed by Tobyn Excell. A chef and forager who’s done stints at Le Gavroche, The Greenhouse, as well as Rene Redzepi’s Nordic Food Lab, Excell brings his knowledge of wild ingredients to the table with an eight-course menu featuring meadowsweet cream, beeswax pudding and other interesting ingredient executions. The menu is $980 per person with wine pairings at an additional $380.
