Chef Krzysztof Czerwinski heads Test Kitchen’s next pop-up dinner. After leaving his post as head chef of Gordon Ramsay’s Maze restaurant in London, Czerwinski and fellow Gordon Ramsay alum Phillipa Armitage-Mattin embarked on a three-month tour of Asia to explore and learn about different flavours around the continent. The menu they’ve designed for the four-night dinner series is the result of their findings, framed in all-beef format that includes dishes such as tsukemen noodles with brisket and scallops, and yakitori with truffle bun and bone marrow butter. The eight-course menu ($1,180 per person*) is complemented by drinks pairings ($380) by Hong Kong-born mixologist Wallace Lau, who won the Diageo Reserve Hong Kong Bartender of the Year award in 2014.
*Tickets are $1,000 when booked together with Test Kitchen's pop-up dinner featuring Guillaume de Beer of Guts & Glory
