Test Kitchen x Guts & Glory

Amsterdam’s award-winning Guts & Glory is set to make a guest appearance at Test Kitchen from June 6 to 10. The exclusive dinner is presented by chef Guillaume de Beer, who’s known for themed menus that marry culinary precision with unbridled creativity. For his guest stint at Test Kitchen, expect an eight-course dinner ($1,180 per person*) with dishes such as lacquered sweetbreads and sheep yoghurt with cucumber.
