Two female powerhouses from the F&B are joining forces for this International Women’s Day to serve up a dinner to remember. Vicky Lau of the Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room will be bringing her expert take on French-Chinese cuisine in an exclusive eight-course dinner menu while Natalie Lau of The Old Man (and currently ranked tenth on World’s 50 Best Bars) will be preparing the perfect cocktail pairings with the meal. 15 percent of the dinner proceeds will be donated towards The Women's Foundation. $1,680 (cocktail pairing at an additional HK$480).
