Time Out says

Sushi Zo, located in heritage site Tai Kwun is the Hong Kong branch of the Michelin-starred Los Angeles concept that already has outlets in Tokyo, Bangkok, and New York. Led by executive chef Michikazu Yoshida, the venue offers true Edomae-style sushi. They fly their fish fresh from Japan each day. Using such premium ingredients, three chefs work behind the counter, turning out personalised course meals to lucky guests. There are only three sittings of up to 14 guests at a time each day, so best to book early to get a spot. They offer a rotating 12-course lunch menu ($1,500) and an 18-course dinner menu ($2,500) that changes every day depending on their market hauls.
