By day an unassuming cha chaan teng, by night this eatery specialises in omurice – scrambled eggs blanketed over rice. These uniformly golden, soft-on-the-verge-of-custard scrambled eggs, though, aren't the only factor that makes Soft Eggs Boy unique. The omurice here is topped off with an array of Asian ingredients of your choice, served in a cha chaan teng style: pork chop with house-marinated sauce ($56), Sichuan pepper octopus ($62), and their popular item, the Japanese grilled eel. If one type of topping isn't enough, then add some more! The fantail shrimps and blade steaks omurice ($78) make a scrumptiously good combo indeed. Go the extra mile and top it off with sweet corn ($6) or melted parmesan cheese ($8). The combinations are endless.
