For two days only, acclaimed chef Jacques Barnachon from Bonnétage’s Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant, L'Étang du Moulin, will be making a special appearance at Causeway Bay’s Skye bar and restaurant. Reserve your seats on September 15 and 16 to indulge in two exclusive menus (four-course lunch/$680 head; six-course dinner/$1,480 head) curated by chef Barnachon in collaboration with Skye’s culinary team. The menu features dishes, such as langoustine tartare as the starter, followed by red mullet fillet with fish caramel, seared duck foie gras escalope, and Charolais beef fillet. Guests can choose to pair their meal with glasses of wine from Skye’s prestigious collection, starting at $380 per person.
