Aside from the usual suspects in Sichuan cuisine like beef poached with chili oil, spicy chicken and pickled fish, the Sichuan specialists also serve Chongqing-style spicy spareribs and entrails – rarely available in Hong Kong. What’s also unique is that the restaurant orders peppercorn and chilli straight from Sichuan, consolidating the authenticity of every dish on the menu.
