The luxurious feast includes braised shark's fin with hairy crab roe and crab meat as well as snow pea sprouts with shredded snake. The dishes are complemented with Chinese yellow wine and followed by hot ginger tea with red bean and lily bulbs. There's also an a la carte menu featuring a variety of hairy crab and snake dishes.
