Hip lifestyle venue H Code just added an Indochine-Vietnamese restaurant to its roster of dining experiences. Helmed by executive chef DoBee Lam, Sep is serving dishes prepared using French culinary techniques and cooked over a Vietnamese-style charcoal fire. Expect an eight-course tasting menu ($2,400 for two persons) showcasing a variety of dishes, including dry-aged Hong Kong yellow chicken and Iowa 44 Farms premium black Angus beef.
