Time Out says

This micro-roastery is tucked away in a quiet corner of To Kwa Wan. From the brand's red logo to the cafe's two glass French doors, Sang Roastery recreates the atmosphere of an old-school bing sutt with plenty of Hong Kong flair. The cafe's owner pays homage to their parents' dried seafood store, 'Sang Cheong', and uses the store's name as part of the cafe's name. Sang Roastery roasts a large variety of coffee beans in-house and offers all kinds of brewed coffee. Don't forget to check out the cafe's selection of coffee bean packets, so you can recreate their coffees at home.
