As the name suggests, this restaurant and bar at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott takes inspiration from the Prohibition era of the 1920s. The kitchen plates up meaty favourites – including hefty steaks and a NY-style pastrami sandwich – as well as sustainable seafood options that are in accordance to WWF-Hong Kong’s guidelines. Also expect plenty of liquid offerings, including inventive cocktails and a whisky and beef pairing menu.
