A paired down, bar-service version of Sai Ying Pun's craft coffee brewer Polygon Cafe, Polygon Memento is located in the Naked Hub coworking space with special discounts for the freelance laptop-jockeys working within. Expect the same measured approach to brewing the coffees and teas, and sourcing of the finest teas and Intelligentsia coffee from the US, in a faster paced working environment. There are pastries from French bakery, Eric Kayser on offer too.
