Time Out says

After opening the modern Italian restaurant Testina, ZS Hospitality Group added Plaa to their ever-growing number of restaurants at the newly renovated 8 Lyndhurst Terrace. Plaa translates to 'fish' in Thai, so if you're a pescatarian, add this new joint to your list of restaurant must-tries because its menu will be focused on seafood dishes cooked with Thai influences. In collaboration with renowned chefs Richie Lin and Ian Kittichai, the kitchen serves Thai dishes, including street food staples with an inventive riff. With two renowned chefs behind each dish, you can expect creative bites using the freshest local and regional seafood and produce.

Taste their nine-course menu ($1,280/person; +$598/four wine pairing; +$888/six-glass wine pairing; +$348/tea pairing) that includes a reinvented larb, a popular Thai meat salad transformed into a seafood salad featuring Hokkaido scallop, Thai vegetables, and capsicum seafood sauce; and the revamped signature Plaa dish served with threadfin, coconut beurre blanc and bamboo shoot.
