Perfume River

A retro den of linoleum flooring, formica tables and fluorescent lighting, Perfume River passes the litmus test of good cheap eats. This Vietnamese restaurant ladles out bowls of hearty pho. Also worth a try are the garlicky fried chicken wings, the Vietnamese-style curry and the steamed pork and mushroom rolls. Spring rolls are served with a heap of lettuce, mint and basil.
