Opened in 1967, the restaurant has remained in its original location and has welcomed patrons for generations for over fifty years. Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant is helmed by Chiu Chow-born chef Hui Meitak, who has worked in the industry for 30 years. Chef Meitak presents traditional Chiu Chow cuisine while continuously innovating and introducing new preparation and presentation methods to their offerings.
