Orka

Orka, or ‘energy’ in Swedish, is a new wellness concept that aims to offer a more wholesome dining experience with health-focused food designed for different dietary requirements. Whether it’s vegan or non-vegan, the all-day a-la-carte menu is meant to cater to all with things like the vegan Beet This Soup ($98); Aqua Spark Salad ($148) with applewood smoked salmon; Bibimbap Zen ($238) with vegetables, kimchi and either a beef tartare or soy-marinated jackfruit, and much more. They also have a Quickie Menu (available from 12pm) packed with vegan options including a Mighty Bulgogi Burger ($128) with Australian Wagyu, and Smokey Linguine ($138) with fiddlehead, garlic, perilla seed, and a choice of bacon or shiitake mushrooms, among others. To wash it all down with drinks that are equally health-conscious, Orka also has single-origin organic teas, functional lattes and smoothies.
