A firm favourite for Spanish fare in Hong Kong, having opened in 1998, Ole continues to serve authentic dishes in a romantic, intimate setting. Chef Jesus Pascual strives to bring the finest and most authentic Spanish flavours to our shores. Arguably what they’re most famous for is their “Joselito Gran Reserva” 48 months air-dried Iberico ham ($210), equally savoury and fatty, with a smooth and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Basque-style spider crab ($230) is also a must-try, the spreadable, creamy combination of crab meat and roe playing well with their homemade house bread. This restaurant is currently closed for renovation and will be open in late April.
