Time Out says

Beloved Sai Ying Pun izakaya and sake bar Okra has partnered with natural wine experts Cork Culture to break their own no-wine rule for one night and one night only.

On the upper floor, guests will be treated to two hand-selected wines that perfectly complement four incredible tapas ($450) – slow-cooked onsen tamago with XO sauce and nori crisp, ankimo with dashi jelly and salted buddha’s hand, sabazushi with pickled wo sun and crispy nori, and koji rice pudding with kuromame and smoked peach. Downstairs, Cork Culture will be pouring some of their most popular wines – Bugey Cerdon 2018, Beaujolais Blanc 2018, and Posca Rossa NV 2019 – by the glass ($100 for 100ml).

reservation is required for the tapas and wine pairing. However, walk-ins will be accepted for the wine by the glass event on the ground floor, subject to standing capacity and availability.
