The Wynn Macau imported a sake sommelier from Japan to man their Japanese eatery Okada. The sake menu is vast and there is an art to choosing the right sake for each course, but if you are having trouble, Sachii Imamura will be happy to make a recommendation. Do start with their saketinis and try one of their dessert sakes at the end of your meal. The food is traditional Japanese served in a modern zen décor steps outside the gambling floor of the Wynn.
